Towbar adapter for American vehicles
This adapter is designed for vehicles with a square mounting socket at a height of 260 to 501 mm above the ground. The towbar allows the ball to be mounted at four heights: +90mm, +34mm, -22mm, -81mm (height measured from the centre of the ball to the centre of the mounting hole).
The adapter is ideal for vehicles that frequently carry goods and have air suspension. The adapter is secured to the base using the screws supplied with the kit. This ensures that the adapter will not rattle or move when towing a trailer.
Compatible with AL-KO stabilisers!
This towbar has a high maximum towing capacity of up to 3,500 kg and a maximum vertical load of 250 kg!
Thanks to these features, the towbar can tow all European trailers, including those fitted with stabilisers such as AL-KO!
The towbar is European approved.
The design of the adapter allows the use of ballheads with 90 mm and 83×56 mm hole spacing.
The towbar can be fitted to most vehicles imported from the United States!
To correctly select an adapter for your vehicle, first measure the height from the ground to the centre of the adapter socket and the dimensions of the square mounting socket.
With this information, you can select your towbar accordingly (according to the European standard, the height of the centre of the towball should be between 35cm and 42cm).
